Overall, I really enjoyed to stay there. If I go to Sapporo again, I might choose this hotel
I liked the location, which is close to a huge park and subway, tram, and bus stations. The room space I stayed was enough to feel comfy.
The room's cleaning condition was mostly nice. However, there was lost dust in hidden places, such as on the sofa headrest, corners of a table on the wall. since I have a dust allergy, I have sneezed so many times.

Comfortable stays with laundry facilities that has big queue during busy periods.
Breakfast was good value and focus more on quality rather than quantity. The location is ok as it is at the fringe of city.
It’s listed as 4 star hotel but it’s definitely not the case. 3 star would be more appropriate and help us set our expectations accordingly.
